Like many plant parents, my journey started with frustration. I loved plants—the idea of bringing nature indoors, of nurturing something living—but I couldn't seem to keep anything alive. Every fern turned brown, every succulent withered, and I was convinced I simply didn't have a "green thumb."

Everything changed when I stopped trying to follow generic care guides and started paying attention to the plants themselves. I learned to observe, to listen (yes, plants communicate!), and to understand that each plant—like each person—has unique needs that depend on its environment and the rhythm of its caretaker's life.

That revelation sparked a passion that grew into Rhythm & Roots. I dove deep into plant science, botanical artistry, and the art of creating spaces that nurture both plants and people. Today, I've helped countless plant parents transform their relationship with their green companions—from anxious overwatering to confident, intuitive care.
